SCUBA WIZE - Cancellation Policy and Terms:

 Given the extent of work that goes into setting up our Sunken Treasure workshops Scuba Wize does not offer a refunds on any of its offerings. A Sixty (60) day notice is required for to cancel your reservation on a Sunken Treasure Workshop without any penalty. We will grant a one year extension for workshop to be used to from the date paid or adjust on a case by case basis. Our goal is we want to make our students happy and have them enjoy their adventure.

Gift Certificates must be used in the year that they are purchased for or they will expire and no refund will be given.

 

“No Shows” will be charged the full amount of the Sunken Treasure Workshop. There are no refunds.

 

If the boat does not leave the dock due to the decision of the dive operations because inclement weather and/or sea conditions, or conditions beyond our control we will have an alternate activity in place of the dive. Scuba Wize cannot control Mother Nature as much as we try.  

 

 Trips are not cancelled due to rain. The decision to cancel a trip due to bad weather usually cannot be made

until departure time at the dive shop

•     Only those present at scheduled departure time will receive the alternate activity in place of the dive.

•     No partial rain checks will be made for unused dives.

•     No rain checks will be made for sea sickness.
